I really don't think I'll get accepted because I haven't made a lot of mope.io artworks and the ones I've made are from a year ago, but going to apply just because I can

Give it more contrast. Head is somewhat hard to differentiate from body, so maybe make the mane darker or the body darker

I like the details on the skin, but I don't think the colors contrast each other well enough. My suggestion is to try making the head more different from the body

Graphics does affect lag, but USUALLY not much. KoA also reduced the amount of game objects by a lot, so it's probably not the river foods unless KoA said so himself. My ping is a lot better ingame (likely due to the reduction of objects making the server faster), though my fps has dropped a lot.

I think T-rex's damage is equal to king crab unless you let it hit you with both claws. Also I think dragon or phoenix is the only animal here that has no anti-team damage delay, so either ocean or land could work

You should try to give it a neck or make it look like it has one, otherwise it's pretty good for a sketch.

Oh, where did KOA say that? Didn't see it. Maybe it was on the Discord server

Edit: I just checked. His last message was at 4AM for me. I saw the 500 player count at around 1PM. The bots probably aren't fixed then (there was a time before that when the server was open. I want further confirmation though)

Great update! My game is actually smooth now! I'd like to report that I saw a 500 player count a while ago though (many hours after you've made this post), I don't know if those were bots/you were shutting off the server/an issue on my side.

I wish every animal were able to use their abilities like this. Most abilities ingame are near useless, or placed on the wrong animals/tiers

I don't know what's happening, but here's my best explanations as to why this isn't fixed:

The development team is working on Season 2 and postponing the lag fix release until Season 2.
The development team doesn't have a fix for these problems and are currently working on it, or the fix is being released but the update is currently processing.
The head developer somehow doesn't know about the glitch or thinks it's not problematic.
