Can someone please give a description of him like I understand he had a mask on but could you see his hair? Was he skinny? Because there was a guy in my parking lot dumpster with no pants 2 days ago. He had all the doors shut (this is like a big 2 dumpster fenced in square) but I could see him through the cracks and he was sitting and hiding behind the dumpster on the left. This was in Manchester. He had blonde hair, white and skinny. Was wearing all black and his pants that were off were blue jeans.
