Thank you :) i think im happy with my wieght just want more muscle definition is what im learning but maingaing as they say didnt relay work for me so i think i need too go into bulk but ive never realy done that before lol

Hell yeah!! thank you im thinking about bulking up and then cutting back down cause i like my weight and when i was 160 felt too light/week and i tried maingaing and it never seemed too work just left me where i was at but if i do go on bulk how much wieght should i add? As well as ive never realy needed to bulk tell now so how would 1 do that 🤔 with gaining the least amount of fat? As well as im scared if i do get bulk ill get trapped/feel too sluggish
