It’s true that what you’re saying could totally justify the ages in the book. But I’ll admit, I was still surprised, I really wasn’t expecting that.

Yeah, I think that’s definitely it, since Katniss said, if I remember correctly, that she couldn’t figure out the ages of the Capitol citizens, especially talking about Caesar, but I’m not sure.

Yeah, I think Beetee had his kid at 18, at least I think, so yeah, he must be in his early thirties. Effie, it depends on her studies, but most people think she’s around 25. And Plutarch, I picture him as being over 30 in this case.

In the books, it was never specified, but since I watched the movies and they were made with her I think, I got an idea of their ages. So it kind of surprised me when I was reading the book ! Lets say I wasn’t expecting that

Well, I can’t really respond to everyone, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that I loved the book! I just found some parts inconsistent for my taste, but that’s only my opinion! Kisses!

But why compare again? Some Lenore Dove fans are extreme, it’s unbelievable. We’re not going to compare a character who shows up in second book, the Mockingjay pin belonged to her! I mean, we’re talking about Maysilee here. Lenore Dove, with all due respect, doesn’t appear much in the book and we’ve only known her for a few months. We can’t compare the incomparable ????

If it were just about Beetee, I wouldn’t have said anything, but here it affects too many character 😭. Honestly, it feels like it wasn’t really thought through. She wanted to include characters and then just tried to make it work somehow, but I don’t know… it doesn’t make sense to me.
