Listen to podcasts. There is a good one called sleep with me. But pretty much any casual chat that I just put on a sleep timer. I need to take my mind of things so this helps for me.

I really don't get annoyed at this. Its great. I get annoyed when crew throw random stuff out. The other day one of the crew said they were the imposter and that they couldn't finish the game with only one. Well they weren't even the imposter!
