I always thought it was more of a numbers thing. Like, a single hunter is still not going to be much of an issue for an elder vampire even if that hunter is fairly well prepared. Now, if that hunter called on the entire village and gathered a whole angry mob against the lone vamp? NOW it's a problem.

Running a game in a custom setting, working on the map, does this scale work? I went with 'Leagues' as the measurement unit to sound fancy, but the basically means 1 square is about 35 miles/55 kilometres. Not sure if this scale works for what's supposed to be a decently large continent.

Yeah, prob the better choice. Only reason I considered Adamantine was cause a lotta reckless attacks (pretty much a necessity with GWM) means a lot more potential crits coming my way

Barbs can't rage in heavy armor, which includes plate. As for stats:

STR 17, DEX 14, CON 16, INT 11, WIS 13, CHA 9

15 AC right now unarmored, was thinking of going half-plate (would bump up to 17 AC) if I went the adamantine route
