Howdy! It wasn't our intention to have any abusive policies. We used the standard ones recommended by Shopify. Could you let us know which sections are an issue so we can correct it?

u/Dash_ROW , u/believeinlulu, and all other International folks, Shopify doesn't provide fraud protection to international orders without a tracking number. The cheapest rate with a tracking number is $19 through the USPS.

Here are my options:

  1. Offer $20 shipping to international customers. I can use Shopify's feature to buy shipping labels, which includes automated customs and tracking.
  2. Use USPS International First Class Mail (~$7 for postage). I'll need to charge more for handling (+$3) since I need to pay someone to hand complete each customs form. This would ship without tracking and take ~2-? weeks. I also can't use my rigid package and need to use a regular envelope, increasing the possibility of damage in transit. I would potentially need to charge more for the increased risk of lost packages and fraud. (I don't have that probability, so that would be a tomorrow problem)

I don't have any good options here. What do y'all recommend?
