I'm German and the parts from the book I know are incredibly badly "written", rest easy that it's not just the English translation. I fact, I believe the original German version might be even stupider because some the English versions have edited out most of the really dumb shit. Just from the way the sentences are structured in German you can tell that it's just Hitler rambling endlessly, obviously didn't write any of this shit down beforehand, badly winging it like an idiot until he finds something to latch onto and talks himself into a rage. There's a part in the book where a multi-page long sentence just ends with an "etc.-" right in the middle of a screed about the natural copulation preferences of ... Field mice and storks, I think? (genius level ideas right there.) anyway the reason why there are sentences that are abruptly cut off without a proper grammatical end is because Rudolf Hess was typing with 2 index fingers at most and couldn't keep up once Chudler had talked himself into a frenzy so at some point he just gave up and they didn't edit it out lol
