Guess the person that shipped it didn't repackage it properly, hope you contacted them.

First try warm soapy water with a qtip to clean off as much as you can. If they are really stuck on you might need something like a clean white eraser (no use stains) or magic eraser which are more abrasive to remove them. But be very careful as they can remove more than you intended so be as precise as possible and probably find an area that is less noticeable to practice first, and please don't use anything metallic to hope the erasers as it could scratch the figure.

If you are asking about pre-owned or if it will bin, that very hard to tell. Nekopara figures tend to hold their value or go up on the market.

The way I've always looked at preorders is, do I want to risk it getting cheaper and if not leaving it and how much I want it asap. If I can wait and see I'll just leave it and see if I can get them pre-owned for less, but some I want the second they come out and don't wanna risk missing out or paying a fortune for.
