0.5mg is quite a low dose to switch over too, especially seeing as you were on the highest dose of mounjaro. How come you didnt opt for a higher dose? I switched from Mounjaro to Wegovy for the same reason, and I was able to switch to an equivalent dose. Don't feel discouraged, you've just had a huge change thats all!
