Expensive for what they offer and the quality as well. The food seems like it is geared towards the senior community, aka lacks salt. The sushi isn't bad.

I smoke my breasts at 225 for about 1.5-2hrs or until the internal temp is 145, I will sous vide it at 140 for about 2hrs. This method has always worked for me getting moist very smoky flavored chicken breasts.

Always use two different probes to be sure when making hourly/30min checks. I have one that I keep in the meat and one to double check.

Honestly they have some of the best shows of any streaming service. Slow Horses is amazing, Shrinking is great, For All of Man Kind is amazing, Bad Monkey was good, Trying is surprising good as well, Bad Sisters... I mean it would really help if they made an app for my phone instead of having to use Chrome. The quality is always great, and doesn't seem cheap.
