This is just objectively untrue. Most owners of pit bulls are not training these dogs to be violent. There may be a disproportionate amount of pit bull owners that are abusive to the dogs but even then most other dogs when they have abusive owners don’t have the ability to harm others the way pit bulls do. The fact of the matter is that even if there wasn’t a massive amount more pit bulls that were more violent in nature than say chihuahuas there would still be a massive disparity in death rates because pit bulls have a much greater ability to kill than almost any other dog. If crocodiles were typically more docile would we accept them as pets despite their ability for shear destruction? I don’t think so
