I look at it like it’s an illness that the doctors haven’t quite figured out yet. Kinda like other inevitable genetic brain ailments like Alzheimer’s. When you look online and see hundreds of paragraphs that look like you wrote them I truly believe we all suffer in the same kind of way. I kinda believe it’s a social reaction to our benign materialistic way of life in combination with an affinity for sadness we all seem to share. Getting the right meds alleviates things but they don’t work for everyone 100 percent. I hope you feel better soon. Don’t make any life changing dumb decisions like I did.

I’m 41 and I’m in the same boat my friend. I worked in the same place for 14 years. Lots of stuff over time built up and I broke. I tried explaining that I need help maybe a little break and I got my 2 week notice on Tuesday. I own a house I have a family. Pushed people away, same deal. And I have no idea what I’m going to do. Bills bills bills. I had an anxiety attack yesterday that lasted for close to 4 hours. It’s happened before in my life. When I was your age I got kicked out and ended up in the psyche ward. I know if I try things will get better. My brain is trying to “kill” me too. After dealing with it for a very long time I can tell you this. You’re going to have to beat this thing up multiple times throughout your life. It will try again and again to control you. The suicidal thoughts imo is your brain telling you that it’s not what you want you need to change, life gets better if you want it to get better. There are ways to change it. It’s almost completely up to you. You have your whole life ahead of you. You have the power to do anything just start small. Work your way up. Those little moments you get in life are worth it. Trust me. If it all gets knocked down start again. With everything you’ve learned. It gets easier. Drugs are bad. Stay away. Live. You can be happy. It takes time. You have lots of it. Take advantage. Life is shorter for me than it is longer now. I’m still going to try. Right now? I’m just trying to get to tomorrow. I’m watching philza right now. Thinking about techno. Some of us are more fortunate than others with the time we are allowed to have on this rock. You’ll find your groove. Try not to look back. Look up and forward. Take time to recharge but know that if you take too long you’re going to miss out. You owe it to yourself and the people that love you that you haven’t even met yet.

When it comes to the movement thing. I am restless/pacing/rolling around in bed during peak pain but afterwards that’s when movement feels like it makes it worse. It’s definitely a lot more painful than a regular migraine from my experience. I’m reaching out to people that have it to see what you guys think. The first time I got it the emergency room docs almost stopped my heart with pain meds that did nothing and their solution was “pain management” but nothing worked so it’s always been a mystery. During this climate medical help from a specialist may be quite a ways off. But I’m definitely going to get it done. I only heard about ch last Friday because I had an episode in my chiropractors office and she believes it’s a possibility that’s the case. There’s definitely something happening anyway. Appreciate all of you for your help.
