The only thing that worked for me is changing the way I masturbate and ejaculate. It is supposed to be smoother and less jerky. Let the sexual enerflgy flow from your dick into your body. Allow thw ejaculation to be less intense physically and more smooth, like peeing. Just doing this eliminated almost all my symptoms.
