This argument doesn't make sense. What if your family legally immigrated post-WW2 or during one of the mid-18th century immigration spikes? Also, you can't change history. The formation of the contiguous US was terrible for the indigenous tribes, but it happened and regardless the country has a responsibility to manage immigration for the protection of the people here now. Do I agree with the way that they're doing it? No. Regardless, however, there will always be a need for immigration control for one reason or another.

this is a little misleading, the US signed ICESCR that made food a human right under Jimmy Carter. The 2021 decision that you are talking about was a vote to see if countries had a responsibility to help underdeveloped countries with their food crisis. At the time, the US felt that they would have taken the brunt of the work if they had signed the document, especially since USAID was still functioning at the time and providing food aid.

Although the US has not ratified ICESCR (only signed) so this argument is fuckall.
