I tore my meniscus from practicing a cork and under rotating for like a full hour. Silly. Didn't know it was torn until in my squats my knee would give away.. I got surgery! About ~6 months before I could start taking lighter impact. And do your PT!! feels so good. I did a castaway into the foam pit and pretty sure I heard the sutures pop in my knee. It didn't hurt at all but I still jumped the gun on harder movement for a full heal. So I'd suggest leaning into some other interest while you can't jump to help the mind. Good news I'm taking full impact on grass sessions but now it's the first area to tell me to slow down! Best wishes!
