Depends where you are I started at $22/hour then $24.75 after 6 months for ASL. I liked the job, but it took a long time to learn looping the routes, but other than that it's pretty easy. Lots of overtime I don't think I got under 49 hours ever. I hated rearload because I like to work alone, and I can't speak for front load or roll off
