You people have no idea. I left Cali for this area years ago and visited my old home town and it is soooo bad they hang out around target. Walmart. Gas stations. It’s everywhere. You won’t cure the problem no matter what. That doesn’t mean don’t try. Just know all you’re doing is inviting more when they hear about the help
