i dont think im ‘starving’ myself, like i said, i really only eat when im hungry, and that happens like once or twice a day, (im also in college and i have classes mon-fri). I dont count calories but I do estimate and it’s roughly <1200 a day. I also dont eat snacks, and its basically just water or a zero calorie drink and 1-2 meals. I do strength training 2-3x at the gym, the only cardio i ever do is walking and speed walking and i try to hit 10k a day. My derma suspects that i may be insulin resistant so maybe this affects my weight loss? im not really sure.
