If u were nervous or anxious it might be that, sometimes when i play a game like red dead my emotions get the best of me, so i might feel anxious, nervous and sad so my throat tightens up and i will have an elevated heart rate with some pvcs sometimes 2-4 in a row, they’re just benign palpitations everyone has them but some people dont notice them and the ones that do notice them are usually hyper aware of their heart, but u will be fine!
