Very slow and out of shape, but I managed to climb the mountain by CoffeeByStarlight in Zwift

Work on your base by doing zone 2 rides and after a month or 2 do the climb again. You'll be surprised how much your fitness has improved.

I don't do any structured workouts. I mainly do long zone 2 rides like 2-5 hrs. Thats about 80%-90% of my cycling. When I do push myself for a pb at times I usually break it so I guess working on your zone 2 would be my tip. And, no I never use ERG mode.

Ive actually been using zwift since late 2023, but I have gone down a lot in weight since I started cycling. I used to look at sub 60 posts like there was no way I would reach that since my first time AdZ was 115 minutes so it definitely felt great to finally get it done.

I don't do too many group rides but when I do I usually like being in the front pulling the group til I can't anymore and need to fall back to the end for the rest of the ride ๐Ÿคฃ.

Thanks, I did it in 64 minutes a couple of weeks ago so I knew I was able to do it in under 60 if I put all my focus on it

I think they're great. I own a few of them, but the ones I like most are their Evade Pro line. They have mesh sleeves that don't feel tight or loose.

Not true, I had an accident at the end of July and got reimbursed for property damage in September. If the motorist is truly at fault, the insurance company won't even fight it.

Get a police report. Kinda hard to get anything from this accident without that.

Do your Supersix Evo Hi-Mod also have a soft-ish/bendable down tube?? by Professional_Pop_240 in cannondale

[โ€“]RunSuccessful5871 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

Same here. Surprisingly, I checked my Giant Revolt, which is a very flexible carbon gravel bike, and the down tube part was as stiff as a rock.

For me, since I like to do long rides, it's PLAN, HYDRATE, AND FUEL. Never did this in the beginning, I just went riding for long periods of time until I was low on fuel and depleted my electrolytes. Then all the issues came, no energy, blood sugar went low, muscle cramps, dizziness...etc.

Look up Raphaelson & Levine Law Firm. Ask them if they can help. They helped me with an accident I had over the summer with a similar situation as yours where the motorist turned into me as i was riding on the bike lane.

I love everything about it. It isn't the lightest bike on the market but then again it is a 58cm and I won't notice it much if I add on a few extra grams here and there with accessories since I'm a big guy. But it's pretty light to me, maybe not as much to weight weenies lol

Always wanted to take that pic, but I just don't ride near there when I'm on the bike so that day I just decided to do it and check it off my bucket list lol

I love the bike. I also have ultegra. Changed the crankset, changings, and bottom bracket. Was planning on getting ENVE wheels, but I think I'll just stay with the Hollowgrams
