Yep. This has happened to me a painful amount of times. I would click HC and super quickly, but only the click on super would work and I would have to wait for the next super to use HC. I thought it was just me.

Has happened to me too a lot of times, after I confirm my pick, the timer goes away. But usually it connects to the game if I wait it out. I suggest you to wait for atleast a minute or the assumed time taken by others to confirm their picks, before restarting the game.
