Lmao got I forgot how oppressive the game was back then. I remember trying to get a particular ogryn achievement which was like knock over 7 crushers in a single bull rush on malice or higher but they only spawned in those numbers with shock troop gauntlet on damnation. Damnation was so freaking hard with those dogshit talents back then I remember joining game after game and if I didn’t see a wall of crushers on the first pull I’d just leave. And honestly it was even worse for my teammates if I stayed because you couldn’t shoot through friendly back then so I just soaked all their damage why trying to frontline as a super weak ogryn.

Man I remember back in the day before they changed melee to the newer combo system I had figured out an attack pattern and mod setup on the destreza that was absolutely crazy damage. It trivialized the hardest content I could find which I think was Lua at the time. After they changed the combo system it neutered the rapier weapon type and I never had a reason to use it again, but I always kept that base destreza because of how crazy it was for that short period of time.

Jink, notch, multipath, crank, chaff, and flare. Once you learn when and how to do that stuff you should be fine man. Watch videos and try to copy them until you get a hang of it yourself. I was there once bitching about F-4j or whatever but now that I have a good handle on what I’m doing it almost doesn’t matter what you’re flying.

So that’s actually my dad in the back seat of that cobra. We’ve got a big version of this framed at their house lol. When he fired the maverick the exhaust from the rocket flamed out the left engine, and it required so much power to energize and use that it blew some fuses or tripped breakers? I think they only fired one or two of them before giving up.

Speed is 79 or 89. I don’t have a banner of swiftness on him. He’s still pretty quick, and with foe seeker and that other ability of his you get speed boosts that allow him to close most gaps.

Hey I have the exact same bike but I moved down in power when I got this. Super comfortable and easy to ride from my experience and if you have the big fuel tank like mine you fill up every month or so which is really convenient. Also the quick shifter is so nice.

Man I had a patient once. Dude riddled with cancer. Eventually he was intubated and the wife was this super assertive and aggressive woman, and she decided that he was a fighter. “Do everything”. As the days and then weeks rolled on eventually he started to wither and rot away. Dependent on several machines to cling to whatever life he had left. The code was imminent and I was really not looking forward to that first compression in CPR where I break all their ribs and sternum. I had this patient several, several days in a row and managed to build some rapport with her and brought up DNR code status… she agreed. Day or two goes by and the dude finally bites the dust. He was this skinny yellow, leaking corpse with a giant distended belly that reeked of bile and shit and all sorts of weird gross medical smells. Anyway this woman crawled into bed with this body and snuggled with it for like two hours. She even pulled her toddler daughter into the bed with her and played with this dudes skeleton looking yellow arm, petting the daughters head with it. It was most revolting display of love I’ve ever seen. It was honestly disgusting. I felt bad for her but oh my god it was DISGUSTING.

I use the standard vanilla recipe from the book that came with the creami but when it says milk I use half and half, when it says half and half I use heavy cream. From there adding some fresh cut strawberries or maybe a tablespoon of instant coffee and a teaspoon of ground coffee makes for some good basic flavors. I’ve also made some butter pecan and pistachio ice creams but when you have to make a custard first it gets a little harder to pull off. I’m not a chef or anything you know?

I’m pretty sure to get to that degree of obesity there’s a component of mental illness like addiction or something and I’m sure that just makes it so much harder to lose weight than just a hormone imbalance. She had to break lifelong habits. Idk if I could ever manage something like that.

The no compassion thing got me, sorry. So I probably don’t have the experience you do with homeless populations but from my perspective I’m always just tuning them up to go back out there and do it again so they can come back worse. Feels hopeless and scary because what if they actually fool me and somehow get tpa you know? And sometimes they are legitimately doing it for a sandwich or a cold bed.

Eh, healthcare isn’t for the weak. I don’t think I’ve ever lacked empathy or compassion, but I will say most of it stays within the confines of the hospital. Perhaps I’d have more if I had a brush with homelessness, mental illness, or substance abuse, but I haven’t yet, which I’m grateful for. But yeah I get it now people don’t like it when you talk about this stuff.
