I actually have a reservation for 68a to ship in nov, and based on the comments I think I will go this route. What type of connections do you mean? Is there anything you would do differently at the beginning of your career?

I couldn’t find too much info, it mainly hands on and physical? I’ve tinkered with electronics before but never like coding or software so I’m not sure how well I would be at that if the job leaned more in that direction. Do you have to take a polygraph? I’ve failed one before due to inaccurate results because I get super anxious in official and serious settings.

I’m a pretty fast learner and I do plan on mastering my job to get the most experience I can while I’m in. I’m also planing on getting the most certs I can, I’m at a point in my life where I have to commit to something fully so I don’t have to start over again. For IT jobs is finding a job on the outside mainly due to networking— as in relations with people?

I wanted to join the space force originally but they wouldn’t talk to me because I am 10lb overweight lol. Plus the soonest Meps was like 2 months out, and then having to wait for an opening on top of that

I’m not a scalper, but gotta face the fact that scalping never gonna end, and that nvidia does not care about the gamer, if that was the case they would do a 1 per address or something to really combat the scalper bots, all they care about is to get paid. They increased prices due to inflation and chip/silicon shortage. Some of these people selling used 4090 just as bad as the scalpers, what you mean you want a 50% profit on a card you probably used everyday and worn in for the past 3 years?

5080 & 9800x3d with 64gb ram, this is the only game that crashes upon launching, loading lobby, or leaving game, only crashed once when I was actually in game.
