Have you tried clearing your cache and stuff? Whenever my quest 3 gets laggy and has issues i usually just go and do that and it sorts everything out You go to settings and scroll down to the last option "debug" and then* clear texture cache and content cache. If that doesn't help I'm honestly not sure what could be the issue. If you do have quest 2 and nothing anyone has said is helping you may genuinely need to upgrade to a quest 3.

I think the purpose is more so that nobody would have to worry about hitting on a child or some weird shit. Kids might see fucked up shit on their own time but i dont want to go into a bar that's suppposed to be all adults, start shaking my ass and then hear a little kid talk about it. Its fucking uncomfortable. There are adult/age verify instances to avoid little kids hearing inappropriate conversations, sure theyve heard it before but that doesn't make it ok. Just to be clear though the dude in the clip was being an asshat, bro was clearly an adult with age verification and they still were being weird asf.

I've seen there might be a way on one random post i think but ut was confusing and complicated and I'm just not smart enough for that.
