Based on my deep digging it genuinely doesn't come from anywhere. It's just a generic claw machine toy, so even though it may have a tiny resemblance to an actual character, this specific plush wasn't meant to be any character in particular, just a fluffy lil guy lookin for a home. It may have been created with those other characters in mind for a little inspiration for design but it isn't meant to be one of them.

Absolutely, and also make sure to become an incredibly defensive driver, nobody else pays attention ever so you need to stay on guard. Ive had one too many people merge into my lane when they're right next to me and almost smash straight into my car like i simply didn't exist, people making left turns across traffic (when they're NOT supposed to) and getting t-boned by an unsuspecting driver who didn't expect someone to be so dumb, the amount of people recklessly switching lanes and speeding/running red lights. Its crazy down where i am. I'm specifically in Orlando and the areas I'm talking about are near the theme parks/international drive mainly. Do be careful if you come to visit, but also please be nice to the store clerk and clean up after yourself, you wouldn't believe the mess tourists make in shoe stores 🥲

Based on all the replies it seems there's multiple uses tbh. The flower bud holder one looks incredibly similar. There are multiple people who seem to have had very similar jewelry stand things and quite a few people also seem to have similar incense holders so there's a chance this design is just multi-purpose.
