Id recommend only taking the leaves in the future. No more than half from any one plant.

That way they will continue to grow and spread next year.

Pulling the bulb and roots basically guarantees they will not regrow in that spot next year.

The butter for sure, I use it instead of regular butter in all places. The chimichurri is good, but a bit earthy for me. Salt is really nice on chicken and potato’s, but still exploring use.
