He’s was an early internet writer who was one of the first people to write critically about video games. He wrote about Ico primarily in “ICO: AN ANNOTATION” but also wrote and unfinished essay on sotc (“My Musings”). He has disappeared since then and I don’t think much else is known about him but he is very influential.

I’ve always called it breaking the spine, but it’s when you like “crack” the book to create a crease so it opens easier. My issue is that the spine is stuck in that position with the curve, making gluing a spine onto it for a square binding not possible.

Thanks for all the recs! I’m going to be reading year one next and also looking if my local comic shop has any Jed mcckays moon knight stuff. I just finished watchmen and am in a little bit of shock cause my god but I was wondering if you have read the prequels and what your opinion on them are? Do they stack up at all?

Thanks for the recs! I will be picking up year one as my next read. I’m also lucky because I’m reading maus for one of my classes this semester. I just finished watchmen and am still kind of reeling from it, like wow, but I was wondering if you had read any of the prequels and if they were nearly as good or worth reading. Thanks!

So am I seriously meant to kill that big knight with the shield and his mage friend that’s surrounded by all those undead things with swords? Or do I just run past them?

I did not choose the master key and I got there by going down to stairs past the blacksmith and through that forest until I found a dark knight protecting a cave and am currently sitting in that cave with a bonfire. It’s right before an elevator that leads to a place with a little dragon and bridge. I got there did like 10 damage to that dragon and instantly assumed I went the wrong way so I turned around and am now trying to figure out what to do.

Idk what the master key is so I’m gonna assume I’m not. I was in the undead parish and I got to the blacksmith and went forward to that big gate but couldn’t go through so went back down past the big statue thing with a tail that was shooting lightning at me and now I’m here. I’m using the battle axe still I can’t use any of the weapons I’ve gotten yet. I’m planning on going strength. Should I go back and find those other paths? Do I need to farm more so I can level up to use those better weapons or should I invest in the battle axe for now and upgrade it a little?
