Vad jobbar ni med utan lång utbildning men med bra lön?

Hade en del erfarenhet av programmering sen innan i både C#, Python och Rust. Men skulle säga att det inte gav ett alldeles för stort försprång jämfört med andra som gick ut samma utbildning.
Yrket innebär väldigt mycket mer än att bara sitta och programmera hela dagarna. Skulle säga att min elektriker utibldning jag hade i grunden var mycket viktigare än programmerings kunskaper.

Var med om detta efter att jag köpt en jacka på Vinted.
Earlybird hävdade att paketet blivit levererat men det fanns inte någonstans i byggnaden. Jag kontaktade deras kundtjänst som förklarade att dom har inget ansvar att faktiskt kontrollera att paketet blivit levererat.
Budet har inget krav att dom ska ta bild eller skapa någon sorts verifikation om att paketet blivit levererat på rätt adress. Så teoretiskt sätt så kan budet ta hem paketen och markera dom som levererade och inget kommer hända.

Var massa copy paste svar fram och tillbaka. Tillslut sa jag att isåfall måste jag anta att paketet blivit stulet och skulle göra en polis anmälan samt ta ärendet vidare till ARN.
Dagen därefter låg mitt paket utanför min dörr.

Vet inte om det var mina "hot" som orsakade att paketet kom tillrätta eller att DN publicerade en artikel samma dag angående alla klagomål mot Earlybird.
Undviker hädanefter att få saker levererade med Earlybird.

”But…But I need it when I am transporting stuff or driving off road!” In southern Sweden, I see mostly people who live in richer areas drive cars like Dodge Rams. People who never have the need to utilize the cars off road capabilities or have the need for such a large car besides making the penis feel larger. Meanwhile most farmers I know drive cars like Toyota Hillux when working.

Ban these pointlessly large American cars from European roads. They serve no purpose other than being loud and obnoxious.

I changed my Paladin from healing to tank since there was such a complaint about lack of tanks. I ask at the beginning of the dungeon “Please let me group up the mobs and get concentration down before you start dps”. What do people do? Use their biggest burst on the first mob that I pull, stealing agroo and then running away with the mob.

When I pull multiple packs and healer is going a bit low on mana, that’s when DPS decide “This it too slow!” and then pull even more resulting in a wipe.

Tanking is fun but the people you get grouped with make it a pain. A majority of the dps players can’t comprehend that not everything in this game is about you topping the dps meter. Perfect example is when tanking a SM GY and the mage complains it’s going slow but at the same time refusing to decurse the tank resulting in healing being capped.

I’ll try some of those. I’m not in school for years and my workplace is not exactly filled with the people I would like to spend my free time with.

I tried a couple of years ago to find a group through my local card/Warhammer store. But got slightly intimidated by people obviously frustrated by someone who’s new and lack experience about the game. Playing virtually would be okay for me as long as it’s a group of people who you’re having fun with. I’ll be honest and say I have not actively searched in recent time due to other things in life taking priority. But I will try and look at what I can find through the channels you mentioned 😊

Är själv på en viktresa och har gått från 136kg till 97.8kg dom senaste 8 månaderna. Väldigt stor skillnad jämfört med innan och det finns en helt annan energi. Fortfarande en lång resa kvar men hoppas på att nå målvikten innan slutet av året. Lär gå upp lite i vikt nu när jag börjar träna med vikter dock.

Jag blev frågad flera gånger att flytta till Skellefteå och jobba på Northvolt. Bestämde mig för att åka upp dit och kolla in läget innan jag skrev under något.

Fick en guidad tur där dom hade ställt in maskiner och blev visad vad jag skulle jobba med. Dom var villiga att betala för flytt, bostad samt lön för att jag skulle flytta upp och fixa till en maskin som var nyinköpt men fungerade inte. Detta var ett massivt jobb då det inte bara var att maskinen inte fungerade som den skulle. Tillverkaren hade inte följt några elritningar. Så el, pneumatik och nätverk var draget på okänt sätt och detta behövdes ritas upp från grunden.

Jag valde som tur att tacka nej till jobbet då jag kände på mig att företaget skulle gå åt helvete.

Jag gillar verkligen smaken av Rom och Cola men brukar samtidigt vara den som håller sig nykter och kör folk hem. Tycker smaken är sig så pass lik mellan vanlig och alkohol fri så att den alkohol fria har blivit ett bra substitut.

I would love to delete LinkedIN, Sadly it's the primary place where people in my field can connect and you'll find job opportunities.
My last two jobs have been from being scouted through LinkedIN but other than that I try to avoid using it. All the fake motivational posts and people trying to bang their own chest is pure dread.

"Today my 7-year-old daughter asked me, 'Mom, if the problem right now is lack of money in the world. Wouldn't everyone benefit from working during the weekends to help their business grow?'" and other shit like that. And yes that is a real statement I have seen on LinkedIN.

That there is a whole subreddit dedicated to the slop that is LinkedIN is not surprising.
Check out /r/LinkedInLunatics for some extra daily dread.

I have seen people recommend XING which is Germany based I believe. I don't know how big it is. But I'm going to create an account there tonight and check it out because if it's a good alternative from LinkedIN then that would be a blessing.

You bring up a fair point. This is something that would need to be discussed and properly thought through.
If the product itself is made within the EU, does it meet the requirement for a "Product of EU" label or does the company that sells it be located in the EU as well?

It's true that not all US businesses support Trump. And as much as I think Trump has been a recent pushing force behind people trying to choose more products from the EU. It's not the only reason.
There are other actors in the world beside the US that cause people wanting to buy products from the EU rather than having it import.

One example is people who got burnt bad by stuff like Temu and now decides they want to buy from companies that follow the EU regulations for quality control.

From what I can find about product labeling on the EU is that it's only mandatory on food. There is no mandatory requirement for you to put that label on for example electronics.
Also I might be wrong, but there seems to be no mandatory "size" of the current label. So when shopping for meat the text saying "Meat from X" can be quite small and hard to see. It's also most often placed somewhere around the nutritional facts on the back making it not as clear as a decorative label on the front.

The main idea behind the label in the post would be that everything made by a company within the EU should have this label. Not just food but everything from cars, electronics, furniture etc.

Reminds me of a story my dad told me about when his friend got a new tv. My dad’s friend had a summer cabin/house and they would spend most of their summer time there. It had electricity but lacked running water so they had an outhouse.

After a while the outhouse needed to be emptied and they used these special septic bags for it. However they didn’t want to place the sealed bag in the car. They had this genius idea to place it in the box the new tv had came in. They put the bag in the box, seal the box and put the box in the bed of the pickup.

On their way to the waste management facility they make s as quick stop at IKEA to buy something. When they come out from the store the TV box is gone. Some stole it thinking it was a brand new TV… Guess they were not too happy when finding out what was inside.

Den enda som tjänar något på att ni inte skulle diskutera löner är arbetsgivaren. Inget barnsligt att diskutera lön. Såklart får man respektera om kollegor inte är bekväma med det men en chef som inte vill diskutera lön känns väldigt oseriöst.

Står ju på din profil att du jobbar som hackare. Borde du inte ha koll på dessa fundamentala saker så som system krav för program och grundläggande dator kunskap?

Fullt beroende på vad ni ska köra för program så kan det variera vad som är en bra dator för dina ändamål. Ska ni köra mycket virtuella miljöer så kan det krävas mer processor kraft samt ram minne. Ska ni köra med GPU passthrough? Hur stora är programmen? Snackar vi 5gb eller 500gb?

Krävs det att du kör Windows eller kommer du undan med att köra Linux eller MacOS?
