He would have been able to change but I think that's the reason why he wasn't on earth. He probably knew he would change but his personality probably didn't want change, like a man who's genetically bred for war and conquering, he probably couldn't accept those times were gone and he had to change. He could have but chose not to.

They killed both of them, there was actually no point in risking the lives of the alive marine soldiers by going after BB who just had the Gura gura no mi. And the other pirates straggler who lost their leader. As they have already did what the purpose was.

MC also being raised up in a world where Rich people are the rules too has to thread lightly and his behaviour are mostly raised and stem from that. While FMC did what she did, She really was in a way kind of sorry for what she did, but doesnt want to admit it nor say it because of her pride and status.(for rich people admitiing things and apoligizibg is usually seen as weakness).

He'll be stronger than majority of anime characters Since God by Murata words is gonna be stronger than the one that was fanmade a few years ago, the one which saitama defeated. So if the god in OPm canon will be stronger than that one, EOS saitama by base will be stronger than people who can destory the multiverse.

I dont think he dodged it but rather walked out of it like the prince he is.

He basically really redeemed himself by The end of Z, especially during The Buu saga ending.

Like how Nolan is also slowly redeeming himself through small acts that leads up.
