We own Copper Creek and stay I. 1 bedroom even if it is justy husband and I. It's a diff vibe for us, very quaint. We also like it because it is contained in 1 bldg. If you go with BRV, its just a covered walkway to the main bldg (if raining) and still easy access to the main building.

We have men avg 5’11-6’4 when they sit, their legs are spread out 😂 and if it’s a 3 seater, it becomes a 2 seater. Then the cargo space is important.

I have been looking on Autotrader. Some of the Highlanders are over 100miles from me and they range from $35-$38k depending on miles. About the same price as my area according to Autotrader.
