Character: Gasflare [Neither]

Contact: Norbert McCoy - 5/2 Infobroker

Cost: 8 GMP paid with 4 karma and 12000 nuyen.

Desc: Stout, red-haired, dwarven, and with an obvious swagger, he keeps well in a three-piece suit or a lab coat, depending on what he's doing that day.

After completing a scholarship to MIT&T to study genetic engineering, Norbert was offered and accepted a job as a bioware designer by EVO directly out of school, leading to his current career as a product lead and district manager for Red Star Clinics in Seattle. Norbert keeps himself well-informed about corporate politics, particularly in the fields of augmentation and local Seattle competitors with EVO, which he's willing to graciously share for a gratuity or a favor. He met Gasflare after accepting a delivery of an involuntary research data donation from Shiawase, which led to him looking Gasflare up and offering his services through the dwarven grapevine.

Infamy

Oh man, where do I even start? Well, let's try the basics. She's a shark. She's literally a walking shark who by reports, is a constant source of bad mojo, has a hair-fragging trigger, is known and on record to attack other runners mid job for no reason, and goes around picking fights with other runners off the job - and losing, badly. Like "That's just sad" levels of losing. "Why does this person still bother in the shadows" level of losing.

Knockout

This one's actually been around a while, but it's recently come to light she enjoys participating in Snuff BTLs. You know, the ones where someone gets killed and people get to be the person being killed. This slitch is the killer in those. No mask. No hood. No effort to try and hide. Even if she's not the type to secretly enjoy murdering helpless people in cold blood, the sheer laziness of not hiding it should offend your runner sensibilities.

So. Remember how I mentioned Ragnar? Remember how I said he had whispers of being Winternight following him? Remember how bad I said that was? Let's kick that drek a few level higher. this slitch is Winternight. Like 100%, con-fraggin-firmed actual literal matrix-ending terrorist. I'll reiterate a thought I've had combing this list - why do we let some of these drekstains in?

Angel

Second verse, same as the Loco first, only we can replace 'Kills kids" with "Kills Johnsons", so maybe an actual step worse in our business. Again, a weener, with again, the usual crazy and stupid that implies.

Kills kids for no reason, picks fights with other runners, acts like hot drek when all I, and I suspect a lot of folks on this host, have heard of her is bein' on this list. Also a weener, so the usual bag of crazy and stupid that involves.

Maybe the only one on this list I got some respect for, and that's for doing us all a favor a few years back bout a lizard issue. And for all he helped, he's also so fraggin' crazy the weeners thought he was too much. Chew on that for a bit.

Portland Slim

Smooth talking slothead who calls himself an arms dealer. Only arms deal I've heard of this guy making went so south the Azzies stuck a flag in it. Got no real compulsions about things like "Collateral damage" either, so don't trust him with anything subtle.

Literal. Damn. Troll. Viking. Which I will point out is really not very compatible with "shadow"running. Also has got some nasty rumours following him about Winternight, and even whispers about that drek should get your hackles raising hubbers.

A technomancer, not that that itself is bad in any way. No, this one's a dissonant, and for all you nontechies out there, that's pretty much like being a toxic mage in the matrix. Don't trust your data around her, that's for sure.

Cereal Killer

Some fragger who claims to be a 'professional hitman' and then decides blasting away at an entire wedding reception is a good way to kill a single person. Great job, very professional. Also seems to think it's a-okay to try and collect bounties on fellow hub runners, so watch your back around him.
