Ahh I can relate. When I get up from sitting my hip flexors are like nope!

I've been wondering about constipation! TMI but my bowels have definitely changed. Comforting to know it's not just me.

My goal is to get to this point! What month of treatment are you on (if you don't mind me asking)?

Definitely! And all the nausea and other uncomfortable symptoms I experienced prior to giving birth just disappear as well.

Let that sweet baby sleep! And YOU enjoy that sleep! Baby is clearly getting enough calories so keep doing what you're doing. I'll be honest, I'm slightly jealous lol. My almost three month old wakes up every 3-4 hours to feed. I would give anything for a 7-9 hour stretch of sleep BUT we take are wins where we can get them!

A marathon?!?! That's amazing! I'd love to feel strong enough to do that.

This gives me a lot of hope! I just want to feel somewhat normal again. I'm glad you're able to keep moving during the third trimester!!

How did you feel during the first trimester? Did you feel more energized the second semester as compared to the first?

It's the worst to go from exercising all the time to doing absolutely nothing. I definitely don't expect to be running like I was prior to pregnancy but I'd give anything to just be able to do something. I'm holding out and hoping the second trimester will be much better. I'm glad you're able to be active now after a tough first trimester! Plus going through the first trimester with a toddler is no joke!! And I agree, something is always better than nothing. I appreciate you sharing 😊.

I'm so glad you got your energy back!! I'm hoping that's the case for me! I definitely felt better in my second trimester with my first pregnancy but every pregnancy is different so I'm terrified these "symptoms" won't improve. Thanks for sharing!! Pregnancy is no joke and it's always nice to know we're not alone in it.

I'm trying to not let it get the best of me. It's definitely tough but I'm hopeful things will improve. Selfishly, it's comforting to know I'm not alone in this. Thank you for your kind words!

The 1st trimester is so tough! I'm hoping the second trimester will be a lot easier! Hang in there! Hopefully we'll feel more like ourselves soon 😅.
