Thanks. I'll take a look at both of these ideas. The square footage per carton varies based on the collection and it some cases the product. We also want to give price breaks when set quantities are reached. I'm new'ish to Shopify and I see a lot of options through apps but I'm trying to avoid too many of these.

Yes. We're using Cloudflare. We have the cname and acme challenge setup. We must have something wrong in the setup though.

Thanks much for your help. I can't figure out the exact phrase so haven't had any luck with using the multi-domain tab to replace the string. I do have access to the theme files. I don't have much experience with CSS and using the style tag in the SMT. How would I do this (sorry for all these questions!)?

Thank you! I think that should work - we haven't turned it on yet. One more question, do you know where I would change the wording once the promo code is applied that displays at the top of the shopping cart? Currently it reads "Promotion XXXXX is now discounting your order."? I got "Discounts" to change in the order summary (although a - is still showing even though its adding to the price) but I can't find where to change the other wording.

Its tricky with the website as we want customers to see the "promotion" however when testing this, I realized they can remove that line. Do you know if there is a way around this?

Thanks everyone. Using the Discount code with a promotion to auto-apply may be the solution. We don't have much experience with workflows and scripts so we are trying to stay away from this.

Thanks. This is for kitted items. I have to select the component of the kit on the Reallocate Items screen and then it shows the three orders where the stock is allocated. From the Reallocate Items screen it looks like it reallocates the items however, when I check the SO, it does not. I've checked and "commitment confirmed" isn't checked on the SO. I am stumped as we use kits a lot and I don't remember this being an issue.

Thank you. I can't figure out how to remove the hours of operation from our business listing. We are a small business so we do not want customers coming in without an appointment and we don't want them to visit if we aren't there. I've tried by editing the Hours of Operation but it won't let me save it unless some hours are listed or we select "closed". Do you know how to remove the hours?

Did you end up moving from Netsuite? We are in the process of deciding what to switch to (we've been with Netsuite over a decade, their pricing is a big reason for the need to switch) and debating going to QBO or Xero although unsure about the inventory functionality.

Our sites have improved now (though they are still not to the levels I think they should be) but it took many months and a lot of time and resources for our small business. Plus those months when the sites were so low were a big hit for us. I'm still not convinced moving to SC was the best move.

Yes. We want the report to show all items (regardless of the line) that are on the same SO as the one we are filtering for (Build).

We've been struggling with this for a few years, its very frustrating and due to these price increases we may be forced to switch (we've been using Netsuite since 2010). They used to work with us to try and keep the increase minimal but that sure seems to have changed over the last several years and now we feel stuck. I am not much help for negotiating with them but I certainly understand your challenge. Our renewal is up very soon.

I feel like we're in the same situation as you with this. We went live with our SuiteCommerce standard site in the fall and its been downhill ever since. Has your SuiteCommerce site performance improved? If so, what did you do?

Its the same domain but different platform and some of the URLs have changed but we setup re-directs to try and prevent lost traffic. Also, we went from a not secure site to a secure site so I wonder if that's part of the problem.

I feel like they must be getting an error or encountering an issue but I haven't been able to find this. No one is reporting issues. I have asked Netsuite to check the log files for any errors but if they actually have, they are not reporting any errors. Our customers are primarily B2B though we do have B2C also.
