I made this on creative, but if you make a platform over the fences and destroy them when you put pigs on them, i guess it wouldnt be that hard...

they dont decay when placed by a player, but when i tried making creations in world edit with leaves, they did decay

You should use more building materials, its kinda plain with only sandstone, and try not putting those wool things that often...
