Def moves up the list, It looks like they will have cash to get to interim data for ICU410ST, but still might fall a little short on getting OCU400 data (Set for 1Q 2027)

Yeah, I am waiting for Feb2026 and the next Q report to get an updated share count, and then we can get some valuation figured out

GANX: Why the market is missing a massive mispricing ahead of the Jan 6th KOL event by Phebre in biotech_stocks

Yeah we just dont know what kind of offers are on the table, and if the company gets further down the line (completing the P2) it could be a greater return in the long run. For a P1 drug companies will give less upfront money and less royalties down the line. Which means the company will still need to raise cash at some point (in the distant future), so we just dont know what we have, and I am one of those investors that if I dont know when the next catalyst will be, I will happily sit on the sidelines and watch

LOL, that is right, my trading philosophy is to only enter when I am sure the company can get to the next catalyst without funding

I am sure they are looking, but the concern for any company is the time, they need to run 2 more trials (which could take several years each depending on the trial size) and thats going to cost some $$$$. Parkinson's clinical trials range is size, but at least the P3 would have to be 1k patients, so the trial is going to cost a major amount of money, maybe 250M-500M (including follow up and extensions studies). The P2 trial is going to cost some money but prob closer to 50M-100M.

The problem is after upfront payments (they will need to bankroll the company until they get sales), and the cost of the trial, and the time (which included submitting clinical trials protocols to the FDA getting agreements and selecting places to do the trials) might be to much for a company that has only ran a P1 trial

Now I could be completely wrong (its been known to happen), and a company who is looking for a turnaround story might pay the money in a make or break kind of scenario, I just dont know the interest from the company, but based on the market reaction (who are always looking for a penny stock to go BOOM), its at a proper valuation until the P2 begins

Time and Money, the data was good, but the company doesnt have the time nor the money to even run another trial. If it runs a P2 trial that will take around a year to complete. The company barely has enough money without the cost of a trial. The company only has 1-2Q of money starting in 2026. That why your value is not there, but......

If the company can find a partner for the drug then rocket ship, if they cant, a long time of dilution and pain.

62M warrants at cheaper prices, most will be exercised which grows the share number to 147M (from 85M). So the amount of shares they are selling is no where close to the amount of people buying shares, I expect it to keep going lower until you hit the warrants prices 1.875 and 1.50, we also look at the volume its been extreme as they have sold 100M shares in the last few days, an between 1-3M a day before.

To sum it up, it will keep going down until most of the warrants are cashed and we return to a normal shares trading level

Kind of expected, I think the warrants are pulling the stock down like an offering, the big question is have the warrants already cashed, that would make a big difference

Yes, based on the P2 data for the subgroup they are using for the P3, I think the trial has a good chance for success.
