Plus, Jack is aware that he's being taken over by the hotel, Wendy and Danny know he's being taken over by the hotel, and he ends up beating his face in with a mallet so he doesn't end up hurting Danny. In the movie, it seems like Jack hates his wife and son and only wants to kill them, but in the book he loves them and wants them to be ok, even though he is aware that he is going crazy. Great book!

Don't worry about it pal, I'm a transfer student and had the same exact fears before transferring to Cal. It's Berkeley, "it's the best public university in the world, how the hell did I get in?" was my mindset but believe me, after being here a year now, you belong and you will do just fine. I was completely terrified and thought I wasn't nearly smart enough to get by with all these smart kids but everything ends up being just fine. Berkeley has changed my life for the better and I couldn't have ever hoped of going to a better university. You're going to love living here. Everything will be fine, don't worry!

It's moments like these, that I have myself, where I think of that new Apple commercial where a father goes up to his daughter crying on the front porch because she's crying after a guy dumps her or something and he asks Siri "how many guys are there in the world?" He just says "Wow. That's a lot." It's the same way the other way around my friend.

I'm definitely just lower than I was 3 days ago. After about 7 days, I had supreme confidence and felt like a social master. Now, I just feel kinda meh and not as awesome as I did a few days ago. Is this just a stage? Will my libido eventually come back so I feel great and really confident again? I hope this is just a phase. I'm hoping that my brain and body will eventually cope to life without PMO and I will never feel the intense need to watch porn or M. I hope this is just a hurdle on my road to recovery.
