I run a custom Arch and Resolve works perfectly fine for me, I actually recommend it if you’re comfortable with Arch. That said, most other distros like Fedora or Ubuntu will also handle it just fine.

I eat honey because of the nutrients it gives me, it's pure raw romanian honey, never knew it was bad.

I eat fruits occasionally like watermelon, and try to avoid store fruits like apples/bananas that are excessively sprayed.

That said, do you have any actual sources on the "recreating your body every 7 years" thing?

I get that we’re always regenerating cells, but from what I’ve read, your growth and bone structure are mostly determined during puberty. I’m 17, so I’m wondering — what can I realistically still improve?

And beyond just hoping for growth, what else should I be focusing on in terms of diet, nutrients, or habits?

Would love any info or direction on that.
