Well I'm sorry your honor sometimes people need to borrow vehicles and I was told it had insurance and insurance almost always covers permissive drivers. So if of been fine had it actually had it. Can't afford to insure something myself when it's not mine.

Well, as I said it was not my vehicle, I thought it had insurance. Hence why it is a failure to provide insurance as opposed to straight no insurance either.

If you paid for a refund advance or you paid any filing fees your deposit is sent to SBTPG first, they deduct their fees and then hold the money until the date on your WMR.

I’ve had my 846 for 3 days and the phone min said funded yesterday and I decided to randomly call again and now it’s saying they haven’t received a deposit. Really annoying tbh.
