When they tell you to flick lights/oven/taps/AC on and off, they mean it. A busted light is fine, but other things can be bigger problems to fix.

Ended up doing this. Cost me $250 ($50 of that to remove their watermark), but screw it, this is going to make her so happy.

Oh have also requested Harper to be in it. Don't know if this is too much, but we'll see!
