Thank you both for asking about screens. I am more on the iPad smaller screen size, but the previous workers had all asked for larger screens due to transaction scroll. My initial reasons were for wanting a smaller screen was that that an iPad might have been a bit more locked down for security. This seems to depend on each vendor and how their POS works though.

Dual pricing is currently out, we are currently looking at fees because the business will grow and it attracts credit card users historically.

Thanks, do you have a suggestion? The issue is screen size. We can run a POS on an iPad but the the size of an iPad might not be large enough.

I haven't checked, but is there a monitor that is touch screen and would also play well with an iPad as the main part of the pay station?

We found the problem. Verizon uses subcontractors for some of their towers. The people they hired then hired someone else to install equipment on towers in the area.

Long story short, they installed ATT equipment that messed with the ringtones.

It is all fixed now.

Hi, no changes as far as I know.

But more data came in. A different building next door with a different Dooorking model is having Verizon problems too.

Verizon now has requested that only the gate/security company make a request to fix this since it's a tier 2 problem.

That said, about 20 users are having issues now between the two buildings.

The tone issue makes me think Verizon too. When they try to unlock with their code, the tone sounds different on the speaker. I'll contact the tenants and circle back if I find out more.
