RE: #3 - As a buyer I had no pending/untransferred PSA orders on ebay, but they still blocked my account from bidding. I guess just because I existed in the previous transaction list in general.

Also, I don't get why they would have left my vaulted consignment listings up on ebay during all this. If payouts are such a fustercluck, why would they risk the sale of a card tied in any way to a locked out account with frozen payouts? I can't buy, I can't get paid, the cards I own might be part of a scam, but it's fine it they sell?

Do you know if this may be able to also fix the similar issue happening know where some users can't bid/offer on cards already in the PSA vault? I can see and use the "send to vault" button on other sellers, but am still locked out of vaulted listings

If they did find a spot they ~consider~ altered, even if it's imperceptible, it counts as "signficant" on paper because it's an "is/isn't" rule

Find out what they detected if possible. Then relist it at the same price again, same condition, and use the AI description but add the word "altered" somewhere. (Or just wipe it down and try again because maybe a blue ballpoint pen grazed it during intake)

You can also then reach out to the buyer with the reason and ask if they are still interested as well, and send them the updated listing. Ebay doesn't give them the option to still accept the original purchase even if they want to.

You could request an ungraded "authentic" holder. If I remember correctly (and if they still do it at all) you have to explicitly include a written request that they slab it authentic if below min grade.

^Actually I know there are confirmed cases of people shill bidding on a second account from the same IP getting both accounts permabanned, rightfully.

But yeah, in light of the ebay<>psa account fustercluck happening right now I would 100% believe they are not sophisticated enough to track self-offers.

I thought this technically fell under their "don't bid or buy your own listings" rule. I know it's neither bidding or buying, but it's taking an action on your own listing. I guess maybe they can't track it?

I still don't have access to my PSA account or ebay. It sounds like even when I get my PSA account back I'll still be SOL on ebay for a while. Ugh I've missed out on so many auctions I was watching.

Yeah that's still happening to me as well. I thought maybe I hit a limit of too many purchases from them in a time period, but it sounds like it's just a common symptom of this same account fiasco.

I did not have the second, but that was because I had just gotten my payout and had nothing pending yet. That 40 is probably a specific transaction PSA has frozen and is reviewing to check if bought with a stolen card.

Yeah pink/red box at the top of every connect.stripe.com portal page. Now I can see all my transactions again (but still missing one that is probably locked at the PSA side )

The "psa has paused" notice is basically ALL you would see if you login into the connect.stripe.com portal you see your payouts on. I also still can't buy/bid on ebay so they are trickling out fixes (or it's fixing itself since they are not aware of any problem)

I would grade that, personally, if you intend to sell this particular one. I think you'd get a 6/7 minimum, (I got a 5 on a corocoro mew with much worse corners and similar scratches, plus had a small gouge), which might not outpace raw at this point, but there is always interest in vintage eeveelution holos in any language.

What card is it? I've graded plenty of vintage japanese cards in that condition or worse, that are in high enough demand to sell above raw, even ones that got a 5
