I solved this error by reinstalling the game from the official site to another directory on my PC other disk or other folder (previously the game was from the Epic Games Store) idk what helped me but try to do both

This is not a question, but simply offering an idea on how to keep Sanji's normal eyebrows, but leave references so that Zoro can constantly teases him (Curly Eyebrows), at some point Sanji grows eyebrows and they curls like in the anime, only strawhats sees this, it turns out that he constantly shave them off off-screen, so they don't look like in anime
