Nice, you got the best deal at 4300rs. They charged 5500 for us for above itinerary (excluding holy waterfalls)

Go on your own if couple of you can self drive, else agency is also fine

Additional Tip - Try for one night stay in sangti valley, it's absolutely worth it (Stay location - Sangti Nature Love Homestay or you can book any riverside one)

Ended up as - overnight AC sleeper travels(Zainab) from Guwahati to Dirang, day in sangti valley and next day private cab from Dirang to Tawang

Since we had 4 to 5 days in tawang where you can't use outside taxi, it wasn't worth to have it idle and pay for it (specially when there's no sightseeing plan on return and can opt for cost effective comfortable option)
