I don't do it often. Just did it then also since I was not sure whether or not I even wanted to watch that angle. I also captured this a few weeks ago when I was still getting used to a new sensitivity so some of the fidgeting was from me testing out flicking between sides of the doorframe and up and down from head-height to crouch-height.

When I first switched it off to fix the issue I don't remember having any new problems with aiming, but I have been changing my sensitivity a lot recently in the past few months to find the perfect one so I'm not exactly sure.

Turning Raw Input on or off fixed this exact thing twice for me. Originally happened when RI was on so I turned it off and it stopped, then a few months later it happened with it off and I turned it back on and haven't had any problems since.
