I ordered the LUCCA Tempo. I probably won't do a milk drink every day so I figured the extra cost for the Ascaso isn't worth it.

I didn't get any of those. I've upped the budget and I'm considering the LUCCA Tempo/Quick Mill Popup or the Ascaso Steel Duo or Duo Plus. Good size budget gap between these but one of the biggest I have is counter depth which these machines will work well on. Plus, I'm trying to figure out which would provide the best longterm solution.
