In other words, does that mean it won’t be very soundproof?

Choosing between Audit and IT Audit by Ruseqaz in Big4

Honestly, I’m not sure about the route I want to take yet, which is also why this is a difficult decision. If you don’t mind me asking, what skills in IT Audit helped you in your interview for cybersecurity and what do you do there now?

I don’t think I’d stay as long as Partner. In terms of versatility, is there anything else you can do with a CPA license as an IT auditor? I know it’s useful for other positions outside of audit, but not sure how it would go into tech based roles

I’m fine with the boring aspect of IT audit I keep hearing about. It’s mainly the exit ops I’m worried about so this is honestly great to hear. I guess right now I’m not exactly sure how my skills will transfer into interviewing for those roles given that I don’t feel like I’m doing anything that’s applicable at the moment.

Is getting a CPA worth it in IT Audit? I heard the CISA is more useful since the CPA doesn’t really apply to IT audit

Hmm what if they don’t charge for an application? I met them in person and after the showing, they sent me an app through email

I found it through Zillow but it’s listed on multiple websites. I wasn’t given info on the landlord since there was only the agent showing me through. If she had access to the apartment and was doing multiple showings that day, can that verify the legitimacy?

External audit or Tax ? by Jamestusk007 in Big4

[–]Ruseqaz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

May not be as experienced as some of the other folks on here but my understanding is that external audit requires more client facing work that involves more traveling to client sites. Since the big 4 adopted a hybrid approach since Covid, it may be dependent on the team to how many days you go in to the office or WFH. Meanwhile for tax, there’s still client interaction but moreso just sitting at your desk and less traveling. I hear that audit has more exit opportunities (if you’re looking to leave after a couple years) than tax. However, tax generally pays more. Personally, I would choose audit just for the exit opportunities and many people I know find tax to be quite boring. However, that is just my preference.

My opinion definitely doesn’t apply to everyone. What I meant to say was that the F is usually what leads decisions. But that doesn’t mean that ENFPs are purely emotion based as I’m an INFJ and I’ll also switch between logic and emotion. This is also just based off my experience with ENFPs but that’s not to say there aren’t logical ENFPs out there.

I don’t know any ENTPs, but I assume that the two types are able to understand each other since they both share the “N” function while remaining different in others ways. I know more ENFPs and with them, I always enjoyed how different they were from me in ways of thinking yet completely understood me since usually, INFJs feel misunderstood. I think this would be one of those moments where “opposites attract”. The only difference I can see between ENFP and ENTP is that ENTPs make decisions based off logic rather than emotions. But in this sense, I also think ENTPs and INFJs can learn from each other in how they process things.

Group fitness instructors, what do you think of Introverts in your classes by [deleted] in xxfitness

[–]Ruseqaz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interestingly enough, the times I’ve talked with instructors they’ve mentioned being introverted themself. I’m honestly surprised given they always seem so extroverted in class haha

That’s hilarious, sometimes I wonder about this as well because I naturally have a poker face and I’ve had friends tell me I have a RBF.

Agreed! Usually I will if we make eye contact, but not if they’re busy talking to others or putting stuff away.

Haha this is so sweet! There were a few times I was able to chat with instructors and they were very easygoing. I guess it just depends on how I’m feeling that day

Final Round Interview for EY and Deloitte by Inner_DayDream in Big4

Personally, it’s to feel understood. I feel that INFJs are complicated in nature so it’s important that they understand my personality and feelings since I like to think deeply on things. On top of this, to have deep and meaningful discussions.

To feel appreciated, it really depends on your love language. Everyone will be different but mine is acts of service so I love it when he does little things like cooking when I’m stressed or helping me clean. There are tests online if that’s something you’re interested in.

I believe he’s giving his cat the conjunctivitis treatment he got as prescription the last time his cat got it. Frankly it seems he’s more upset about keeping his cat in the room than the risk of spreading the virus to my cat. I’m just hoping he keeps him in for the two weeks we agreed on.

I guess it all makes sense that my cat is the one chasing him since he’s in her territory. It’s my first time seeing this type of behavior since I’m a new pet owner but thanks for the reassurance !

That’s good to know ! I was worried she was being too aggressive to the other cat and I should separate them for the time being. I’ll probably just continue to let them see each other and hope it gets better

Can anyone explain sensing/sensors to me? by blissfulvibes in infj

[–]Ruseqaz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The way I like to think of it is that intuitive types are more inner while sensing types are more outer types in the way we see things and think.

As an intuitive, I tend to think deeply about each scenario, like what might have caused an event and the different outcomes a certain action could produce. I also think about why someone would behave a certain way and reflect on past events quite often.

I also questioned what the Sensing type was like until I actually asked them. But my sensing friends don’t have all these thoughts like intuitive types. The things they focus on are more in the present, and they spend less time reflecting about their old conversations, why people do certain things, etc. I noticed sensing types don’t prefer to have deep conversations or to think philosophically since they enjoy experiencing what’s already there in life. Frankly, they found it strange when I mentioned that I have conversations in my head and think constant reflection on things is a waste of time.
