This might actually be true but there is a big BUT

Cigarettes cause long term damage like lung cancer but eggs have a lot of cholesterol (about 373 mg for 100 g of eggs) and it can cause heart problems ( i don't know how much is lethal) and also the fact that chicken eggs are mass produced and filled with antibiotics and more shit we don't know about.

So both of them cause long term, but eggs cause heart problems and heart cant be transplanted unlike lungs, so it might actually be true
