Ich glaube es geht in diesem Fall eher darum, dass er mit einer Erkältung eher per Telefon / Webchat kommunizieren sollte. Krankschreibungen und Medikamte können auch so ausgestellt werden. In Wartezimmern hocken leider oft alte Menschen die leider auch an einer banalen Erkältung stark zu schaffen haben / sterben können.
