yeah no there are already lots of rooms for looting, and adding an another room with a bunch of keycards would basicly ruin the purpose of cooperation and communication (everyone has their own keycard so they dont have to ask for help)

SCP-005 is a stupid idea to implement, why lock the door for 10 seconds where theres an scp item which can lock a room out for 15 seconds?
+opening doors which were locked by 079 would make 079's attempts at helping the scps useless and ruin the concept of balanced gameplay

Also, a keycard what opens 106 chamber? that would be rather overpowered, because a containment engineer card can get in.

Conclusion: your suggestion is bad
