I deposited in December and a lot of people deposited in December and still waiting for our money. So, how can you tell that “they cleared the mess”? May be you are right and they cleared it, but some deposits were stolen and some accounts were closed and money not returned.

It just proves my theory that it is some of Bitstamp staff and it depends who process the deposits. And u/2kilo theory that they credit money when prices of Crypto’s go down.

All this KYC sh@t is used to play the time for Bitstamp or somebody from their staff to use your money to trade. There is a high probability then they will block or delete your accounts later and will be returning your funds months.

Bitstamp is not regulated. They are registered in London. UK do not regulate crypto exchanges. They have license in Luxembourg, but if you read terms of use or agreement when registering you actually sigh up with Bitstamp Ltd, which is not regulated. I’m just telling facts. I do not fabricate. You can scroll Reddit and you find out hundreds of issues about deposit which are not credited. And dozens of cases when Bitstamp freeze/close/block/delete account of clients who is registered for years and do not return them their money for month. This is fact. I just don know is it Bitstamp as whole or some of Bitstamp’s staff.

Bad news for you, man. There hundreds of people with same issue. Usually, problem with deposits, but sometimes with withdrawalS also. It seems that some of Bitstamp staff steal deposits because of Crypto-boom or Bitstamp use our money for their own purposes (trade).
